We facilitate connections but are not responsible for the direct interactions, agreements, or outcomes between Hosts and Guests.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• **Hosts:** Are responsible for the accuracy of event details, managing guest invitations, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• **Guests:** Are responsible for respectful participation, adhering to cultural norms, and communicating clearly with Hosts.
• All users agree to conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully.

5. Content and Conduct

• You are solely responsible for the content you post on WeddingConnect.
• You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• WeddingConnect reserves the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers

WeddingConnect provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided by users on the platform. We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from interactions between Hosts and Guests.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WeddingConnect or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WeddingConnect's website, even if WeddingConnect or a WeddingConnect authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
